The gist:
Simply put, according to the authors of this new report, “401(k)s are better off in the hands of women,” or said in another equally equivocal statement, “female plan administrators run better plans than their male counterparts.”
By better, they mean, more profitable and the main takeaway is that womxn managers/administrators, “include target-date funds, automatically enroll workers and have better plan governance,”
This study used data from the past twenty years, by the way, which to us is another indication that womxn have a natural talent in the financial fields, that is proven year over year…over year.
